If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your shipment, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at adornedbykaren@gmail.com, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Because of the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
